Tracy Anderson Photography bio picture

Welcome to my Blog!

Thanks for stopping by to visit my blog!   This is where I get to share my most recent work.  I love taking pictures and hopefully you like looking at them too.  I have tried to organize my posts with useful categories.  By clicking on the Categories tab on the menu you can search by location, type of photo session, and even seasons of the year.  Hopefully you'll be able to find just what you're looking for! I love feedback so be sure to leave me comments.  And stop by anytime...you're always welcome here.

Baby Savannah – Utah Baby Photographer

Baby Savannah is such a happy baby.  She was so quick to smile, especially when her mom was behind me singing and dancing.  I should have turned around and taken a picture of her Mom too :)   I just love my new studio light.  It makes photographing babies and children so much fun.  Give me a call if you have a baby you’d like to bring by for a session!

Nixon Family – Utah Family Photographer

December in Utah can be very cold, but this year really hasn’t been too bad!  I think the temps were in the upper 40′s when we did this session, which was very nice for all of us.  This is my sister Sandra and her lovely family.  They came in from Texas for the holidays and we were able to snap these in about 20 minutes.  It may have been one of the fastest family sessions yet.  Her kids were great!   Wish you were still here San!

Baby Tessa – Utah Baby Photographer

My husband, the wonderful man that he is, surprised me with a new studio light for Christmas this year… LOVE it!  These are pictures from my first photo session with the light.  Baby Tessa was so sweet and darling to work with.  Her long eyelashes are to die for!

Ben & Chelsea – Oquirrh Mountain Temple

Ben & Chelsea got married in the Oquirrh Mountain Temple on January 3, 2011.  It was a beautiful ceremony!   It was also a beautiful day with wonderful weather.  I have really lucked out this winter with great weather for all my outdoor sessions.   I hope you enjoy looking through these pictures of their wedding and reception.

Johnston Family – Utah Family Photographer

Who knew it would be hard to find snow at Christmas in Utah.  Usually there is an abundance of the fluffy white stuff, but not this year.  Thankfully, Aspen Grove came through for us and we ended up with some great snow pictures.  Hope you enjoy them!

Merkley Family – Utah Family Photographer

One of my  New Year’s resolutions is to do a blog post for all of my photo sessions this year.  I figured that means I should also post about all the ones I did during December.  So here goes!  This is the Merkley family.  Don’t you just love the colors they chose?  I do.  With the little ones we decided indoors was the way to go.   And I must say that I really liked this location for an indoor winter session.
