It’s been a while since my last giveaway…so I figured it’s about time for another one. This one is for a free portrait session of your choice (individual, engagement, bridal or family).

There are 3 ways to enter…

1. Find me on Facebook and comment on the entry post.

2. Comment on my blog
3. Become my fan, by liking Tracy Anderson Photography on Facebook (up at the top of the page just under the cover photo.) Or share this post if you’ve already liked my page.

Now for the details…you can do all three entries EVERY DAY. The contest will end at midnight on May 21st. The session must be redeemed prior to June 30th. You will get a disc with your images and personal use copyright release. If you choose a family session it includes up to 4 people (additional people $10 each). I will use a random generator to select the winner. Good luck everyone!

I love doing bridal sessions! They may be my all time favorite subject matter for photos. Kimi was extra fun to work with because I’ve known her for several years and she is so photogenic! I couldn’t wait to post these, but I had to wait until after their wedding… I didn’t want to spoil the surprise for Brandon. They got married last weekend so I’m in the clear now. I’m working on their wedding pictures and will post those in a few days!

Okay, so I’m a little late with this post. We took these pictures back in March, when it was still cold and freezing outside. But Hannah and Scott were such good sports. I loved that he carried her on his back everywhere so she wouldn’t have to walk through the snow. What a gentleman! I hope you enjoy these pictures from our session in Lehi.

What to Wear – Family Photos

What should we wear for our family photos?” It’s a question I get asked a lot. So I figured it was about time I posted some ideas and suggestions to help out with this all important aspect of family photos. My favorite way of pulling together outfits is to find an “inspiration piece” that has several colors and then pick colors from the “inspiration piece” for all the other outfits. I am not a fan of matching too closely. I like variety and individuality. Here is my favorite outfit combination for my own family photos. The inspiration piece was my son’s plaid shirt…all the other outfits tie into that one piece.

Here is another sample…once again the inspiration piece was my daughter’s plaid shirt…the other colors coordinate with her shirt.Both of these family photos were taken by Stacy Thiot of Red Poppy Photos.
